Biggest new feature is progressive vector plots!

I remember these from my oceanography days. You don't see them very
often in weather data, but they're a nice way of presenting a lot of
information in a small area. See http://www.threefools.org/weewx/daywindvec.png
for an example.

There are also some nice changes to regular plots that allow the
overlay of, say, temperature and average temperature in one plot.

Some improved plot scaling, too.

weewx does images, reports, supports the Weather Underground, and uploads to websites --- all in Python! It's simple, robust, and easy to understand. This first version supports the Davis VantagePro2.
