I'll Begin (FOLLOW THIS FORMAT!): (Note, because this is the first week, you have until Tuesday at Noon to submit you predictions!) Week of 11/21 to 11/27 Eastpointe, MI Prediction: 0.1" Ok, now that the first week is over, you must add the total snowfall of the week, yourself, quote your old post, and post the total like I did below. I'm not responsible for this, so if you don't post the weekly total, you won't get points. There are no time constraints, so don't feel rushed! Remember, provide a link if you're not an official spotter. If you had 0" or a Trace, don't bother with the link. Week of 11/21-11/27 Lakewood, NY 4.0" Euro(ugly)...GFS(nice)...or CMC(heaven)? I can't really score in this...as there is nothing representative of my location and the COOP (8 or 9 miles and 20"/yr away), doesn't even report in daily. There is someone who does keep a total, but isn't a Snowspotter, COOP, or part of CoCoRaHS: http://eastlakewoodweather.com/ (at the bottom of the column). If the BUF Snowspotter Network is somehow resurrected this year, #1928 is most representative of my location. I'll play for fun, though. Completely forgot about this...The total was 1.25" from the above site, 1.6" IMBY (they didn't seem to measure the add'l 0.3" that fell at the end). The 12/5 to 12/11 period is going to be a nightmare. I may change my guess tomorrow, but: Week of 12/5 to 12/11 Lakewood, NY 16.0" This post has been edited by WNYLakeEffect: Dec 3 2010, 05:14 PM -------------------- Winter 2010-11 Snow: 148.0"
