4 Years Ago this week is a memorable one for folks living east of Lake Ontario. What had been a fairly average winter, or even disappointing one for snow lovers, changed very quickly. With the combination of above average water temps in Lake Ontario and the coldest air mass of the season moving in, disaster was sure to strike. For 9 days in a row, W/WNW winds flowed across Lake Ontario dumping massive amounts of snow, especially in Oswego County.
