I'm actually a bit excited for this.

As there is still a foot of glacier in my yard, and after 130" of snow. 70° would feel great. I'll extend the dates if necessary, but as of now, it looks like a brief cool interlude before any additional warmth will move in

southern areas approaching 80 degrees

The highest I've hit has been 59F so I've been close...today should be the first 60F of the year

Still a few inches of glacier on my yard plus the large plow pile at the end of the driveway. Mud season in full swing.

1pm April 10th.

Couple things to point out..

1. Montreal in 70s

2. Long Island and Bridgeport CT in 50s

3. No clouds over the ocean

4. Some local spots hitting 80 already.

Danbury, CT 72°. Bridgeport, CT 56°. 16 degree difference in matter of 25 miles. I

'm at 66. Always the middle of those 2 stations. That 69 is White Plains (HPN airport). A suburb of NYC. They are sometimes close to my OBS.

Binghamton airport's max of 76 was our warmest day since last Oct. 18, when it reached 77. I definitely enjoyed my walk outdoors.

Started off yesterday right around freezing, but ended up in the mid 70s, just gorgeous.

Fryeburg, Maine went from 31° to 76°

Still snow in the ground, but its melting fast.
