We are seeing occasional slowness our site-wide outages of all AccuWeather.com properties in December 2009 & January 2010. Please be assured that:
1. We are aware when this happens. We have a 24/7 System Operations desk that monitors the website; alarms go off and people immediately begin working on it when the website goes down. 2. We do have a Short-Term & Long-Term plan for restoring 100% access to the websites which are being worked on daily. 3. You should make your voice heard by filling out the contact form on the website of your choice. If you are unable to reach the form, email support @ accuweather.com 4.
