Big day today...Oklahoma plays Kentucky in the first round of the Maui Invitational. I think we could pull off the upset; we match up well with Kentucky in that we both are young & small teams, although they have a significant talent advantage. I believe our best chance to win is to play zone, stop their dribble drive as best we can, and force them to make outside shots. Also, we need to shoot at least 40% from the field and go 80% from the free throw line to have a chance.
Game starts at 4:30 p.m. Central Time (5:30 Eastern) on ESPN2... -------------------- |

OU goes 0-3 in the Maui Invitation capped off by an unacceptable loss to D-II Chaminade in the 7th place game, 68-64. Now 3-3 on the season, and with several tough games coming up. It doesn't look good...
