Using DC/NYC/BOS as the basis

My guesses

Trace:
DC - 11/22
NYC - 11/08
BOS - 11/04

Measurable:
DC - 12/20
NYC - 12/10
BOS - 12/03

Past winters:
2015-15: 110.3" (+65.3" from average)
