I noticed this tiny vortex forming and dissipating from a normal small fair weather Cumulous cloud…one of many thousands of feet in the sky in a stable NE airflow on a mild afternoon over Amelia island, Florida…on June 20th 2016. No TStorms were anywhere in the area and neither were they forecast. This was in a cool change stable post frontal airflow…Can anyone tell me what atmospheric situation could cause this?...
