Not sure an obs post was necessary as there is barely anyone on here who will be affected by this, but it'd be nice to discuss it with someone other than myself (which is what I was doing in the original post).

Anyhow, flurries now falling in Chicago. Best case scenario is around an inch. We'll see.

Obs thread is supposed to be made when precip starts. It is what it is.

We definitely had some redevelopment on the backside that has kept it snowing longer. Flake size is larger now than earlier. Could end up with 1/2" or so. Had 1/4" about an hour ago.
