I don't know. Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmas Time" comes to mind.

None, although advertisements like to overplay certain songs which annoys me. In particular, The Nutcracker (Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy) is heavily overplayed during the Christmas season in America, often in a truncated form. It's a shame since it's such a beautiful score
