Feedback on Revamped Weather Website, Helping Upgrade Friend's Weather Website Options

Hey everyone,

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback as to how to improve the beta version of my friend's weather website, "Youngstown Weather HQ". The domain name will be purchased this week, but I wanted to help my buddy out by really making his weather website look professional. Right now he is writing on a wordpress.com domain blog.

Most of his site is dedicated to Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania weather, but he also has a passion for covering severe weather and hurricanes.
