I can tell winter is over now...no more posts! Well, let me be the exception. Any thoughts on the upcoming weather that has been forecast for next weekend (April 25)? Some forecasts are predicting temps in the low-mid 20s for southern Ontario. Temps may be in the upper 20s to near 30 in the midwest US! Any thoughts?

It's looking like Friday and Saturday will be very warm across Southern Ontario before a cold front blows through in the overnight cooling things down by Sunday. How warm? By the looks of current models, daytime temps of 15-20C on Friday and 20-25C on Saturday! Yes you heard that right, temps in SW Ontario (London/Windsor/Sarnia) could hit 25C on Saturday. The GTA should be around 22-23C, Barrie at 20C. More on this to come...

Chicago could hit a high of 32 celsius this week. I could very well see places in Southern Ontario reaching 22-27 degrees on Saturday

Southern Ontario should remain dry until Sunday. That's when we could see some showers or light thunderstorm activity.

I really think Southwestern Ontario will approach 30 degrees and the GTA will reach the mid to high 20s.

30 is a little too much but 27 or 28 is very attainable.

all this week spent getting pumped up for a sunny warm weekend and, it appears that there is a chance of showers and mainly cloudy skys up this way. Oh well at least it should be comfortably warm! And i would like to add "GO WINGS"!!!!

Sunday has turned out to be really craptacular. It's much cooler and rainy now. Yet it'll be back into the mid 20s Monday. I hope that by tomorrow morning, the forecast will change so that Sunday won't be a washout.
