Radar Alive! and Radar Scope are both very good.
I have both on my HTC Thunderbolt Android phone, but I like Radar Alive better. More options, I like the UI better, has all of the radar options you need (base ref, base vel, storm vel all with multiple tilts, rain 1 and 3 hr totals, total rain, new rain total, spectrum width, echo tops, vil, composite ref), options for state, county, road, and warning lines, city density, looping, etc. Very fast and smooth. It's also $5 cheaper than Radar Scope (which is also very good). For me, Radar Alive Pro is my preference. -------------------- Russ
