This is going to be a dicey mess for the ridge and valley below Harrisburg/state college down through WV. My P&C has us getting to 33F tomorrow and changing to plain rain in the evening. Highly doubt it.

I'm nearly convinced that State College through Sullivan County do not have mixing issues... and with SREF qpf means in the 0.6" range .. could be a good one. Ironic, since we were in the advisory donut-hole earlier this PM, and could actually end up close to WSW criteria in the end.
