Looks like another possible storm threat for the region starting next Thursday.

I'm disturbed. What is it with this season and the weather targeting the days I'm flying.

Yeah, you seem a lot less enthused about snow then in previous years. It's odd coming from a snow lover like you but I guess travel plans trump your love of snow tongue.gif

Exactly. It's a total pain in the backside when you have to be somewhere. Having said that, my flight in from Atlanta was one of the few that arrived on time on the 12th, and using "flight aware" I know that my plane for tomorrow night is already in YYZ, and the snow looks like stopping early afternoon, so I may end up heading out in a reelatively timely manner after all. The one day I would want a total shutdown is January 15th...I really don't want to head to Vancouver for a week long business meeting.

^^^ Hate to break it to you Lake effect but your plane might show on the ground in YYZ at 2100 this evening , I can almost guarantee that it wont stay on the ground for almost 20 hrs . Those planes are up and down like toilet seats right now . Planes on the ground don't make money either . The only reason that it would be on the ground for that long would be for some maintenance issues . Just got off work actually and Pearson was surprisingly in good shape this evening . Tomorrow(today) will be a different story im sure.

Yeah, showing a different incoming flight now, but that is on time...did think it was odd having a plane sitting around for a day. Looks like the snow will be over by midday, and since this plane lands around 4.30pm, shouldn't even need to visit the de-icing station. Time to start stressing about the return flight, next Saturday 😁

Not sure about this one,the cold has pressed East now so the storm track may track a little more East with this one,but there is a little reflective low over Lake Superior that might keep our low close enough for some snow.
