The COC is definitely moving west...based on the floater loops and microwave images, its near 10.9N, 32.5 west...so idk why they put it at 33W...its possible it dropped 3mb...idk what to think here, but I'm pretty sure the invest is an error, I don't see anything else spinning up in the area...I guess we'll see when the official NHC advisory comes out at 11...
