Anyone else seen the Winter outlook from the Old Farmers Almanac? Indicates below normal temps and above average snow for the Southeast; havent been able to find a graphical representation on the internet

Is this like an Astrology sort of thing?

We have something in the UK called The Old Moores Alamanc, which is based on star signs and astrology. Is this the same idea?
