Strange spring in LA, Los Angeles if having strange spring weather Options

Its hard to say if its hot or cold lately in Los Angeles.
I walk out every day wondering...is this a hot day? or a cold day?

overcast, the smell of rain
then you walk out side, and its actually not even that cold

same at the beach the other day
we thought it was going to be freezing out there
it was overcast and cloudy, no sign of the sun
but when we hit the beach at Malibu
just to get some ocean air

it wasn't even that cold...

starting to miss the sun though
it was teasing us for a few days
with gorgeous sunshine
