Having an issue changing my email associated with the account.....everytime I attempt change my email I get an error message stating "That email address cannot be used as it is already in our records" eventhough I have never registered with that email address. I even attempted to use the email address to "find lost password" but I then get a message that there is no record of that email address in the system....kinda confused huh.gif
long story short, need to change my email from my work email to personal email, and I keep getting an error message saying the email cant be used b/c it is already in the system (I have tried both of my personal email accounts, and neither works, both are gmail, maybe that is the issue? I was under the impression that we could change to a gmail account after being approved with a 'regular' one)
hoping somebody can help me out

Since you only have five posts, the best thing for you to do would be message weathermatrix and ask to delete this account and have you create a new account.

I bet Jesse could also help you with the e-mail issue, but he's probably the only one who knows what to do in this situation.
