They are calling for 3-6 inches for most of CT; with 6"plus for far Eastern CT. Maybe a lil less by you being farther west.....Unless that elusive Norlun Trough gets you, then you will get it good!! But who knows where or if that will set up??? Upton even has CT in the 6-8 inch range for most of their part of the state. The Norlun troughs are difficult to forecast on a good day but with the way the models have been this winter its even harder. Yea I think 3-6 is reasonable for you. I think Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and SW CT will do the best in the NYC area. Yea all I want is 7-8 to reach average. Hopefully the coastal is a bit further north and gets me a bit better but it would then even get you if it were further north. -------------------- Severe Weather Safety

The GFS had less than 4'' for me about 24 hours out with NEMO and the NAM had around 10" and I received 9". Ha! NAM had me at nearly 2' 24hrs prior to NEMO...got just under 7". NAM for my area has been on track to outdo the CRAS for worst model of the winter. -------------------- Winter '12-'13 Winter Storms of Significance (>4")
