Virga land... back end of precip is also quickly racing east. I would be surprised if I get more than a dusting with this.

How did ya make out overnight Burbs, were ya able to squeeze out a "dusting"?

1/2" fell overnight to brighten up the landscape. Took a quick look at Mt Holly's radar about 4:30am and it showed a nice little burst of 35dbz to my southeast. Wonder if Grandpaboy closed in on an inch with that band going through.

Just as I suspected... hours of virga and from what I was told by others (I didn't even bother staying awake for it) barely 20 flakes.

The models did present the best chance of precipitation staying south of central PA-NYC with yesterday's runs, more towards SNJ and the central Mid Atlantic, which is where the reports of 1/2 inch are apparently coming from.

Picked up a 1/2" here in southern Lancaster County, PA. It was beautiful this morning but of course it disappeared quickly. It's always nice to wake up to a fresh coating of snow though!
