no WS Warning yet in n. ct and i am losing my patience w/ them. anyways here my forecast for NYC-BOS
NYC: 3-7; snow, some mixing new haven: 5-10; snow hartford: 6-12 w/ locally higher amounts; snow springfield: 4-8; snow worcester: 5-9; snow providence: same as hartford Boston: 5-11; snow plymouth/taunton: same as hartford cape cod: 5-9 inches; snow, some mixing, locally higher amounts possibe if no mixing occurs. -------------------- Rob

Clear here in Coventry, windy and cold with the temperature at 21.4F. We still have alot of surface ice and the snow in my yard has a 1/3" - 1/2" thick ice glaze.
The snow tomorrow should stick instantly with a forecast high of 24F. -------------------- 2012/2013 winter season:

my low temp was scheduled to be 25 we are now at the low of 25 degrees and only 7:13 we could drop some more hoping for the gfs to trend more south

Low is 4mbs stronger than advrtised by GFS. Mods, do I need to source that?

i believe models are going to be 25-45 miles too far north mith mix line. seems to happen a lot here that i am told it will mix but it stays mostly snow. I AGREE WITH YOU ..... A SHIFT IN THE TRACK BY 25-50 MILES IS THE STORY OF THIS STORM... WE WILL HAVE TO HOW OW THINGS PLAY OUT TOMM... |
