I live in El Dorado Hills CA and I get a Severe Weather Alert almost daily from AccuWeather. When I click on the alert, it usually tells me that the weather is going to be 68 degrees, calm and sunny in my region. I really wish "severe" could be reserved for actual severe weather

The Forums is not an official way to receive support from AccuWeather.com Thanks for checking into it. I'm not signed up for the email service. I'm not actually looking for support from AccuWeather, just making an observation. Interestingly, now that it is raining and their are chain requirements in my area, there are no weather alerts. I guess the very frequent weather alerts are simply because I live in such a diverse area. It can be beautiful at my house and storming in the passes. Oh well, it is just too bad, because the constant severe weather alerts is akin to crying wolf. I'm learning to ignore them. |
