You should add the Plains to the title. Also, for topics like this, OBS and Forecats go in the same topic. So you may want to say that in the sub-title.

Slightly off-topic, but to all the SE Michigan folks, some radar returns are showing up near Ann Arbor.
Hopefully (after looking at the instability) they blossom into thunderstorms. This post has been edited by wfreeck: Mar 5 2009, 03:41 PM |

Strong winds but no wind advisory. Temperature is at a nice 64. About 9 degrees warmer then predicted.

Saturday looks like it will be in the low 80's for Cincinnati. NWS Says 75 right now, but with the sun and strong SW winds it is going to hit 80.

Great news beyond this period, even with this hellishly negative NAO forcasted for the remainder of the month the good news is that the core of the cold appears to be off to SE Canada and northeast where they want winter for the rest of their lives judging by all the whinning over there about this winter. Want winter move to Nome, Alaska....geeesh.
Heres the quote form the nws Chicago regarding the next weeks step down in tmeps... NOT MANY CHANGES TO THE EXTENDED FORECAST WITH NEXT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS ON TUESDAY. TEMPS WILL COOL BACK TO NEAR SEASONABLE LEVELS ON WEDNESDAY BEHIND THIS SYSTEM ALTHOUGH CURRENT INDICATIONS STILL SUGGEST CORE OF COLDEST AIR WILL MOVE ACROSS SOUTHEAST CANADA. |
