Weatherlink Graphics in french, Need to display graphic title in foreign language Options

I would like to display on my website Weatherlink graphics with french title. (By default Weatherlink 5.8x generated english title). I searched on several websites but did not find the answer. However I know this is possible because I know a site that is displaying Weatherlink graphics with french titles : Have a look at http://meteo.crisop.fr/meteo.html. I sent several emails to the administrator of this site but did not get any answer. If you any idea how to change the graphic title, I'm sure it will help a lot non english Weatherlink users.
