I have a basic Midland WR-100 that belonged to my grandfather, so I have no directions to it. I got online and found some, made sure it was programmed for my county only, which it was. But I cannot find a site that tells you how to choose the type of storms you want to be alerted for. All I want to be alerted for is Tornado Warnings. They way it is set now the ear-peircing alarm goes off for just a severe thunderstorm watch, along with everything else. Can't this be changed? Thanks, I really need to know before tomorrow (Friday) since I am in the target zone and violent weather could continue into the overnight hours, and I don't want to be woken up for EVERY single watch/warning that is issued...if I can't get this figured out I will have to unplug it...
