When making a post the screen has an 'Attachments' panel. While a user may have several items in his personal 'Attachment Space'. Those attachments cannot be accessed from the attachment panel unless the attachment was uploaded with the particular post.
Attachments, once uploaded, should be available as the 'Attachment Space' should be made accessable.
