I notice that everyone's profile has up to 5 rating stars.
What do the signify and who makes decisions on how many are awarded? -------------------- Never too old to have a happy childhood!  .......... ..........Don't put an age limit on your dreams! |

Anytime you click on some's profile you can see the star rating. All you need to do is click on how you rate them. (anybody and everybody with an account can rate someones profile). So that is basically it. -------------------- Nobody enjoys a red X. |
