You pick a city for each day, in which you will have a 25 mile raduis around that city to gain reports. Picks need to be submitted before 15z(9 or 10AM CDT depending on DLST). This is a change from last season. Also, if severe weather is occuring between the time when SPC day 1 reports start(12z) and 15z, you can NOT pick a city within a few miles of those severe storms.
Scoring is like this: 2 point for every significant hail and wind report within 25 miles of your city (read SPC definitions of significant hail/winds on any of their storm reports graphics) 5 points for every tornado report within 25 miles of your city 1 point for every normal hail/wind report within 25 miles of your city Tornado - 5 Significant Hail/Wind - 2 Normal Hail/Wind - 1 We are going to stick with 2 rounds Round one from now until the end of June, and the 2nd from July 1st-Dec. 31st. Unless you guys want to change it... This post has been edited by Chicago Storm: Jan 2 2010, 12:38 PM |

Updated rules in the first post. You can now start picking...
I'm going to try and see if Jesse will help support the game with a pinned threat in the main forum, to gain new players....and maybe a prize. Have to see what he says. This post has been edited by Chicago Storm: Jan 2 2010, 12:38 PM |

Probably will play more this time around. This round always has the best finishes anyways, it's no fun when there's barely any severe wx in the last month of a round.
