The only thing that may hurt those chances are if a SEC or Pac-10 team "runs the table". They will then argue that they have a tougher schedule - which I believe is definitely the case for the SEC. I'm a Pac-10 fan so I may be tilting a bit when saying so but I think the division out there is much improved (with the exception of USC taking some steps back). Arizona, Stanford and Washington are going to be much improved and I don't think you can count out Oregon State or Oregon. Whether any of them run the table, I don't know. I do believe the Mark Ingram injury will hurt Alabama dramatically if it goes beyond one week (which, from my understanding, it will not). I'm also looking for Wisconsin to play some pretty good football. |
