I was hoping someone could give me some advice about the best location to hang an outdoor sensor so I have a close to accurate reading? I live in an apartment on the bottom floor and I have a patio. I want to hang the sensor out on my patio. The sun doesn't directly hit my side of the building so I don't think I'll have too many issues as far as that is concerned. When I hang it out there I try to keep it as far away as I can from the sliding glass door so any escaping heat doesn't affect it. It still seems like it's a few degrees warmer than it should be though. I'll check around for local temps and I always seem to be a few degrees warmer. I live in a suburb so it's not like I'm in the city where it can usually be a little warmer. Anyway, any advice on what to avoid and where I can hang it would be appreciated. Thanks.
