Well its January now, and as far as I can remember, the immediate Hartford-Springfield corridor hasn't seen snowfall accums. of 1 foot or greater since Dec. 19/20 2008. So I'm leaving up to you guys to predict when it'll happen.
Just write down a date (can be exact day, or month and year) and if I can get enough people I'll make a spreadsheet to keep track of the results. Thanks and happy guessing. -------------------- Rob
