Right now my pullover is warming in the sun as I'm wearing it. I catch the smell of the detergent and fabric softener. Its distracts me for a quick moment. I'm sure there's a name for those split second times. But that is one of my favorite scents. I guess you could say hot clothes because I like the way clothes smell when they're drying too. What about you?

Babies laughing stops both my son and I in our tracks. I'm not sure why.

It always distracts me when I'm trying to get something done and my kitty Calia throws herself in front of me, belly up like she's saying, "Look at this belly, how can you not want to give it rubs?"

Speaking of wee little ones...
Lil NF is in a wrestling program. They range in age from just out of diapers to high school kids. Last night, one of the teeny little ones was in the middle of a scrimmage when he popped up and yelled, "DADDY! I GOTTA POTTY RIGHT NOW!!!!!" It was so cute. When my puppy has been bouncing all around me wanting attention while I sit on the computer
trying to ignore him. Then he'll get very still for awhile and when I glance up he's sitting at my feet with 3 or 4 of his favoite toys just watching me with those sad brown eyes as if to say... "here, take your pick, just play with me please." Of course I melt into a bowl of jelly and the computer is forgotton while I play "makeup" with my baby. -------------------- The truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. Ellile does that. Usually the spread is a squeeky, tug o war, and a ball. She'll also "pick a ball" herself to go out and play fetch. Okay, it isn't really fetch. More like I throw the ball, she gets it and runs off and I have to go and get it back.

Little Moments.......
Like staring at a computer screen for 20 minutes, waiting for your fingers to type something in, even though no one will read it, at least not right away.... Then realizing you have been staring at the same 'page' for over an hour and nothing has happened....
