Sporadic uploads from weatherlink.com Options

For the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that my WeatherLinkIP data are not being uploaded from weatherlink.com to Wunderground and MADIS on a regular basis. My data on weatherlink.com is always current, so they are getting my weather data OK. But the uploads to external sites are definitely not getting done every 15 minutes as they should based on my settings.

Weatherlink told me last week that they are aware of this problem and would fix it shortly. That was last week. I wonder what they meant by "shortly".

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
