If you look at them face value, they aren't too bad. I just use them to match the long range daily OP runs and Ens. teleconnection forecast.

Surprised to see that it was overall a wetter-than-normal summer in my county.... it felt very dry. Of course, most of the rain fell in early June and late August, so the mid-June to mid-August time-frame was quite dry. Not surprised that temps were slightly-above-average. Not too bad considering we had our first 100 degree day in about 30 years.
