Summer 2011 (June- August) predictions please help ! Options

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone knows what summer 2011 will bring ? (June-August 2011 !) I live in Billings Montana and we have had the worst weather I have seen in years ! Cold, Windy, Snowy and Rainy. The highest temp. we have had all year is 72 degrees (one day !) We broke a record for most days in a year below 40 degrees for a low at night (179 days in a row we had below 40 degrees for a low at night!)

A couple of days ago we recieved over 4 inches of rain in a matter of 2 days we usually get 12-13 inches of precip annual a year !

From what I can tell is their is a polar air mass that is pushing out of canada into montana and has been doing so for quite a few months, is this due to La Nina ? And is this cold wet trend suppose to continue into June- August ?

Please help with answers ! I hope we have a summer we havent had a spring or summer for a few years !
