I'm wearing a black suit & skirt and nylons and the weather here is way too warm for that. I can take off my shoes when i'm at my desk, and no one can see, though. |

That's nice but the nylons have to be really hot! Blue capris with a peasant top that's several shades of blue in what is almost (but not quite) a paisley design. Barefooted. You would be correct in that assumption....but I don't do any 'patrolling' Yeah...didn't even think about the skull cap...why both of those? Apolo, please clarify this redundancy for us! You future presidency may be at risk. The skull cap (blue only) or ball cap (blue w/company logo) is ONLY headgear allowed on head (company rules)...mops up the sweat is reason I wear either. Otherwise, the sweat gets in my eyes making it difficult to see or gets into my glasses...remember folks I work in a commercial bakery, in a metal bldg. exposed CONSTANTLY to sun, that has 9 ovens...each one 100+ ft long where the temps range from 140+ to 90 degrees YEAR ROUND!!!!!A good part of my job involves climbing up and down ladders and stairs in order to operate the equipment as all infeeds and controls are on top of these machines (5 now...soon to be 8 of these). To give you an idea of the distance I'm talking about: Picture a highway overpass bridge. Each of these are mandated to be a certain height clearance from roadway to underside - usually 15 -18 ft on average. When I have to make a change or fix a problem...I'm climbing that distance EACH TIME...and we all know heat rises...need I go on? The hair net is required by company, SQF, GMP & federal guidelines for individuals involved in the production of food products. Hair or no hair, cap or no cap...hairnets ARE manditory! Even for bald guys!!! Hope that clarifies things for you guys. Very much so, thank you Apolo...your candidacy remains safe and in fact will probably be enhanced by your image of the hard-working, dedicated average guy earning his living by the (literally) sweat of his brow.. Khaki Ralph Lauren slacks, J crew white dress-shirt, J Crew blue-green sweater...took off blue patterned tie, and rumpled American Eagle tweed coat, shoes are Dr. Martens 'Greenland' leather lace-ups. White shirt and tie are required at job at HorseRacing tracks and simulcast parlors....then I wear that to night audit job...otherwise shirt is usually not white nor is tie required....I try to never wear the 'campy' Camp shirts that they would like us to wear.....tacky beach attire.... edited by idee for clarity...rolleyes to 2nd post up..not immediate post...patented idee gaffe...
