And now another day predicted of temps approaching 100F here in the Houston area.
I have had 4 straight days of 100+ on the back patio. Officially at the airport 20 miles
away it's been just below. I'll trust the average of the three thermometers
around the property. It's been since April 2nd since we've had any measureable rainfall.
The ground is cracked and dry pretty much everywhere. I hate to see this months
water bill or power bill. Been watering up close to the house with a sprinkler system
to keep the foundation of the house from shifting excessively. Man it's hot.
