I figure now that the lockout is over we could talk about creating a league. I personally would like to hold off on a draft until late August, that way if someone gets injured in some of the training camps or early preseason games we can avoid him or pick him up in the later rounds.
I think first order of business would be to vote on which website to use. After that we get participants and vote on a draft day. I'd want to join, but I am personally not a fan of ESPN just because I have a difficult time understanding the way they list their stats and I just don't like their set up. I prefer Yahoo because I find it user friendly for more novice users, but last year I took a peak at the league offered on NFL.com and was pretty impressed with how it looked. I would be willing to give that site a try as well.

So here's how I figure the schedule will break down:
August 5th: Close poll--create league August 5th-14th: Add members (until 10-12 spots fill up); suggestions for draft date August 14th- Sept ?: Draft Biggest scheduling problems is late August and back to school for some of you guys along with the first weekend of September and Labor Day. Right now the draft is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, August 21st at 6:00 PM ET. Scoring is standard. Decided to go with 6 team playoff with top team in each division getting a bye. Playoff seeding is based on intra-divisional record.
