Not sure which forum to post this in... Very interesting here..

A Crew of 7 attempting to be the first to row to the magnetic North Pole. The journey will be approx 500 miles and is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If you're on facebook, Like their fan page and follow their progress.

2010-11: 71.5"
2011-12: 14"
2012-13: 46.5"
2013-14: 56.75"

Average(BDR since 1950) = 27.75"

2 Problems... This Article explains that the magnetic north they are going to is the old location. It has drifted since and that they will realize ice is blocking their path.
