Today is one of those days the news people need to break it down to the population.
"There are three levels of severe risk... blah blah blah... We are Moderate today. High risk was what we had in 1984 and last spring. We are a step below this. Be careful, keep your eyes on the sky, your weather radio on, and keep your tv on LOCAL stations this afternoon". -------------------- Don't try to argue with an idiot.
