So, I've been TRYING to get more in shape again... I gained like 10 lbs of what I lost. It's so darn hard! Especially since I cannot seem to get myself to only eat chocolate once in awhile. I love it tooo much! That's my current issue. I am hoping to start walking again, too. Or some sort of exercise.

I have been getting a little bit of a work out. We are moving (as in parents). So packing and getting rid of things has been quite a chore.

Hey 'Lil' C...I'm doing the same thing that you are ...we have been cleaning and packing the Mom's old house for 6 months now...My sister had to put it up for sale...(or get foreclosed)...I'm making 1/2 the mortgage payment for now but it takes all my money to pay that, bills, food, and gas. Plus if it sells I will have to move somewhere else...I can't afford very much right now...but I don't have the money to keep the house either...

Did work a couple of the horseracing fairs this summer, the one in Santa Rosa was good...I camped by the river in Guerneville...about 20 miles West of Santa Rosa...so I didn't spend way too much at a hotel. I had to commute back on Saturday night to work here though..and go back up on Sundays...so my weekends were 4 shifts and 5 hours of driving...= no sleep..

Hey there girl!

Sorry to hear about yours and idee's houses getting foreclosed on... . It's
happening to so many these days. A few months back one of my sons went
to California to live with friends and the other went to Florida to stay with
his girlfriend. I didn't kick them out...they just decided it was time to move
on....both within a week of each other. Guess what...they're both back!
Yes, it is very close living in my one bedroom apartment but from what
I've been told, the son who went to Cal. is planning to move to Florida and
stay with the other son's gf, in a non-romantic relationship . And so the
drama continues...
You have a lot to stress over 'Lil C, don't let one of the things be your diet.
Just try to maintain your present weight, if possible, until the moving is over
and don't deny yourself a piece of chocolate....once a day if you feel like it.
It contains antioxidents which are good for your immune system and serotonin,
which is an anti-depressant..it can help boost your mood! The darker the
chocolate the better. But try to limit yourself to a small bar or half a bar and
you'll be fine .
