 Trouble Uploading to Web Page |

I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to FTP but I do have a pretty good grasp of how it should work. I've been trying all afternoon to upload WeatherLink to my web page and for some reason it will not upload.
I've attached a picture of my settings and also a picture of how far it gets during the upload. The "Connect To Internet" box never turns into a black check mark and the "Upload File To Internet" never does get checked. I've checked everything a dozen times including Host, Port, User Name, Password, etc. Any ideas???
