Bold tags appearing in text Options

Sometimes when I make posts, when I select text and make it bold, the [ b ] and [/ b ] tag apparently puts itself in place twice, as when I click on "post", the text I highlighted does show up bold, but there's an additional tag for bold in place, something like this:

[b]Text here[/b]

Is anyone else having the same problem?
