Here we go again. The 12Z GFS is showing a low developing in the Bahamas area on
Sun the 18th and moving west of due north and intensifying into a pretty good storm off the NE coast around tuesday the 20th. Actually, the GFS has been showing that low on the past couple of runs. It would be interesting to see if future GFS runs show that coastal low potential. |

15 days before.. It was (and still is) a very long shot to call a storm - even with the best available model.
Past 10 days, it is at best a tendancy to what could/might/maybe happen down the road - definitly not a certainty. |
