Les Suetes winds will gust to 100 km/h Friday morning.

A low pressure system will track across New Brunswick on Friday. Strong southeasterly winds will develop ahead of low Friday morning over the Cape Breton Highlands. Les Suetes winds are expected to reach 100 km/h.

Also, for portions of Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

A major low pressure system will move up the coast of Maine tonight
to reach Anticosti Island Friday evening. The system will give
significant rainfall amounts near its track while strong winds will
develop in its wake. These winds will draw in cold air such that the
rain will turn to snow again over high elevations in Eastern Quebec
and Charlevoix. For the moment, it remains difficult to forecast
exact snowfall accumulations since a portion will be wet snow. Still,
these accumulations may possibly exceed 10 cm over high terrain.

A low pressure system is forecast to develop near Cape Cod overnight.
The low will then deepen as it tracks northeastward to lie over the
Gulf of St. Lawrence by Friday evening. This system has the
potential to produce significant snowfall, strong winds, and blowing
snow to Western Labrador on Saturday.
