Total bust on thunderstorms in the NYC/NJ area............
Parameters were decent over the area once the sun broke out, but it wasn't enough to get things going and the front was too far away to get any sort of lift................

o well, we had our thunderstorms in the morning with painfully loud thunder which woke up everyone I knew in syosset, so im ok with today. I've had enough of these overnight thunderstorms... I think I had about 3 of them, one was around 5 AM on May 2 with a big lightning show, another was at 2 AM on May 3, and the most recent one was also at 5 AM today. At least I can finally get sleep tonight as the next rain isn't until Tuesday, I've lost so much sleep this week mostly because of these storms. -------------------- Visit my weather website for the NYC area
