Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to download (and upload) the map. We have another thread on how to draw on the blank map:

1. Save one of Henry's blank maps to your computer:

Download Blank Northeast Map
Download Blank Eastern Map

2. Use a Paint Program such as one of these to draw your forecast on the map.

3. Save this file in your paint program (avoid the BMP format*).

4. Find the appropriate topic for your storm on our "Current Weather - U.S." Forum.

5. Reply to the topic by clicking on "Add Reply" underneath the topic:

6. Type whatever text you would like, then click on the "Browse" button under "Attachments" below your reply and pick the map you just drew:

7. Click on the "Upload" button next to "Browse":

8. Click "Add Reply" at the bottom of the page and your map will automatically appear.

*Avoid BMPs if possible. This file type will use up your attachment space quickly because they are up to 100 times as large as GIF, or PNG, with no increase in quality. If you are using some programs such as Windows Paint, however, this may be unavoidable.

Just to note again, that we have a separate topic on how to physically draw the maps. This topic is ONLY for discussion of how to get the blank maps or attach/upload them.
