I went to nbc-2.com which my hometown news website and it showed a system developing near africa could someone watch this to see if it develops into a nice little tropical storm/hurricane

looks like it could have some circulation. of course they normally weaken after they get off the coast

howcome danielle get to be a hurricane.........look at the sea temps in that area( important hurry fuel)...they are not particularly high!!!!!!!
