I bought my wife a new camera (Canon PowerShot S1 IS) it has a 20X lens, here are our first pictures taken at her camp on Wyman lake, Caratunk, Maine. We went to camp August 31 to September 2. I haven't liked camp that much till now, fugured out where the fish are and now I can't wait to get back!! I even got a moderators pick for one of the fog pictures!!
Oh, Yea, in Maine at this lake Bass are considered trash fish and there is no limit on how many you take, same with White Perch. Love night photography although you have to be very careful with wedding shots--it's a one time thing and they've got to be perfect!

Meteorological Spring starts around a week from now on March 1st. So, in light of the lull in storminess and cold weather I've decided to start a Spring 2010 Photo thread. I think it's a good idea. Spring is such a lovely season. It truly is a beauty to behold here in the state of our Virgin Queen, Virginia.
